Procurement and Analyst Support

Position Title:             Procurement and Analyst Support


Exempt Status:           Non-Exempt


Accountable To:         Director of Purchasing


Primary Objective:     Support Procurement department and the Procurement Analyst to maximize efficiency of the entire procurement process and create an exceptional customer experience by providing products and services that bring the greatest possible value to Troyer’s customers, employees, and vendors.



  1. Product and Vendor Management
  • Data entry
  • Maintain ad planner and event pricing, Help with sales publications
  • Calculate and maintain purchase rebates and purchase credit memos
  • Ability to sell to customers
  • Confirming purchase orders and delivery appointments daily
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Reports
  • Work closely with Purchasing Analyst
  • Assemble Samples for sales, coordinate delivery and follow up with DSR on cutting results
  • Enter Special Billings for Sales
  • All other duties as assigned by a member of management.

SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE:  Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Fortis



Ideal candidate will be well versed in the retail and food service distribution business and associated terminology in all aspects of food distribution marketing, procurement, and logistics.   Although consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with business analysis, business intelligence, and food marketing.
