•   The Banner on the Home Page doesn't display any images or the back ground isn't white - it's gray.

This usually means that you either don't have JAVA installed on your PC, or you have an old version (or Windows version) which will not support the latest java applets.

FIX: Click this link to download the latest JAVA Software for free.

If you are still experiencing problems, or if you know that you have the latest JAVA Software on your PC, then click the "Tools" button on your browser window, and go to "Internet Options".

Click the "Advanced" tab and scroll down until you see the Java software symbol (it's a coffee cup).  Make sure the box directly beneath this symbol is checked (you may have to restart your computer for this to take effect).

•   The website is too large/small for my screen.

            This is related to your PC's Settings.  This setting also affects how everything else looks on your screen.  Some people like to see their desktop and icons larger/smaller than other people, or you simply have a larger/smaller screen than normal.

FIX: To adjust this setting, right-click on your PC's desktop and choose Properties.  Click the Settings tab.  Use the the arrow to move to "Less" / "More" on the "Screen resolution" to make items appear larger or smaller on your screen.

•   The Request Information form won't submit, or an e-mail link won't activate properly.

            This usually means that you have lost your internet connection, or that you do not have an e-mail program/account set-up on the PC you're using.

FIX: Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and/or check to see that you can open an e-mail program on your PC.  If you confirm that you have an internet connection and/or an e-mail program functioning correctly on your PC, then notify Troyer's by clicking the IT Department link at the bottom of this page, or call Troyer's at 574-533-0302 or 800-876-9377.
